Clay has been with the Nampa School District for two years, providing assistance and support to principals, administrators, teachers and critical support staff in CTE curriculum and standards implementation.

“When Clay is given the flexibility and resources he needs, he works magic” said Jewels Carpenter, director of technical and professional programs for the district. “He is incredibly creative, innovative, and persistent. I have never worked with anyone as diligent and dynamic as Clay.”

Prior to coming to Nampa, Clay worked for four years at West Ada School District, where he established the first Fire Cadet Program in Idaho. He has both an Ed.S. and M.Ed. in educational leadership, and a B.S. in business administration.
