In order to comply with Idaho Gov. Brad Little’s Stay at Home order and the Idaho State Board of Education's soft closure order, Nampa School District schools will remain closed through at least April 20, 2020. We will begin online/distance instruction March 31, as previously announced. Watch for further instructions from your child’s school on or before March 30. Offices will be closed to the public beginning March 31.
While Nampa School District is operating online, we are working to provide meals to our students and the community. We are updating and expanding our service time and area starting Thursday, April 2, 2020. For now, this meal is a lunch. Beginning Monday, April 6, this meal will also include breakfast for the following day.
All children ages 1 to 18, or their parent or guardian, can pick up a sack lunch. Grab-and-go sack lunch service will be available for children at the following school sites from 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.:

We also want to make sure students who may not have access to transportation to school sites can still receive lunches; therefore, the district also will be delivering sack lunches via school buses to several stops around the community. Any child between the ages of 1 and 18, or their parent or guardian, may pick up a sack lunch at these stops. The school bus will remain at each stop for 10 minutes to hand out sack lunches before moving on to the next scheduled stop. Below is the schedule for the sack lunch distribution stops.

For families with no access to the Internet, all Nampa School District school buildings will have outdoor coverage for about 50 devices at a time. As a reminder, several providers including AT&T, Verizon and T-Mobile are waiving data overage charges or late fees for the duration. In addition, the district continues to pursue other options for connectivity for our families, including several hotspots that can be checked out by families until they are gone.
