Mascots from all 10 of the universities in the Big Sky athletic conference stopped by Park Ridge Elementary/TVLA on Tuesday. The visit was arranged by Principal Rick Jordan.
The Big Sky Basketball Tournament is in Boise this week and Mr. Jordan is part of an alumni committee that markets the tournament to the Boise area.
Mascots high-fived kids, checked out their assignments and posed for photos with students and staff.
Big Sky Conference teams include:

- University of Idaho (Vandals)
- Idaho State University (Bengals)
- University of Montana (Grizzlies)
- Montana State University (Bobcats)
- Northern Arizona University (Lumberjacks)
- University of Northern Colorado (Bears)
- Portland State University (Vikings)
- California State University, Sacramento (Hornets)
- Weber State University (Wildcats)
