Student Registration is now open at Nampa School District! We are thrilled to introduce Final Forms, our new and streamlined student enrollment platform. Starting Monday, May 13, 2024, this system will simplify the way you manage your student's information, allowing updates to contact details directly from your smartphone.
On May 13, look for an email with detailed instructions on how to access your Final Forms account and start the enrollment process for the upcoming school year. If you haven't received the email, check your junk or spam folders first, then ensure your email address is current by contacting your current school.
Final Forms is dedicated to the enrollment process. For all academic information, such as fee payments and grade checks, continue using Parent PowerSchool. Visit nampa.school/24_25_ApprovedBoundaries to check if your school assignment has changed under the New Approved Boundaries.
All current and new NSD students, including kindergarteners and those transitioning within the district, need to register. New students are required to submit a birth certificate, immunization records, and proof of residence.
