Note: if you have a current Nampa School District student and now need to enroll a new student for the 2024-2025 school year, including kindergarteners, please login to your Final Forms account and click the Add Student button.
All new students to the Nampa School District, including kindergarteners, must provide the following documents to complete the registration:
- Birth Certificate
- Immunization Records
- Proof of Residency
