2024-2025 School Year 
Nampa School District has upgraded to a new Student Registration/Enrollment program for 2024-2025 school year. Final Forms is easy to use on your mobile device and will guide you through the Enrollment process.
 
Current Nampa School District Students
To access your current Nampa School District returning student's enrollment, please check for an email from Final Forms. If you do not get an email, check your junk/spam folder. If it is not there, please contact your current school to verify your email address.
 
If you have already signed in to your Final Forms account, please login to that account to submit changes to you or your child's information as updates are needed throughout the year. (For example: you have a new phone number or email address, your child has a new medical condition, etc.) It is very important that we have the most current information for both students and parents/guardians.

Note: if you have a current Nampa School District student and now need to enroll a new student for the 2024-2025 school year, including kindergarteners, please login to your Final Forms account and click the Add Student button.

 

All new students to the Nampa School District, including kindergarteners, must provide the following documents to complete the registration: 

  • Birth Certificate 
  • Immunization Records 
  • Proof of Residency 
  •  
Nampa Online Virtual Academy 2024/2025 School Year
Step 1:   Complete the open enrollment application HERE 
Step 2:  Complete the New Student Enrollment if you are new to Nampa School District HERE
                 OR
              Complete the Returning Student Enrollment by following the link in the email you received from
              Final Forms.
