The Information Services department is relationship focused and provides excellent customer service in a flexible and collaborative manner. The technologies implemented will enhance the learning experience by providing great platforms for pedagogy, thereby building a solid the digital tool foundation leveraged by relentless educators, tenacious students, and the supportive community.
The help desk will be available during normal help desk hours M-TH 7 a.m.-4 p.m and Friday 7 a.m.-11 a.m. There may be days when we only have someone available until 3 p.m. on the phones. All staff, parents, or students can get tech support by calling the help desk at 208-468-4777, dialing ext. 1111 from a school phone, or emailing the help desk at helpdesk@nsd131.org.
If all lines are busy and you need to leave a message or an email, please make sure you include your contact information and when is the best time to be reached.
If the help desk is unable to resolve your issue by phone or remote assistance, they will set up an appointment for you to come to the Tech Center. All in person tech support is by appointment only, no walk in's. All appointments will be between 7 a.m. and 2 p.m. to allow adequate time to work with you and resolve your issue or set up a replacement device.
